Festival Vendor Information and Registration

Our Festival is fun for all ages with our focus on family fun! Attendance is usually 500-1000 neighbors from the Upper Highlands and surrounding neighborhoods!
When: Saturday, June 8th, 2019
Where: Atherton High School - 3000 Dundee Rd, Louisville, KY 40205
Time: 11:00 am to 3:00 pm
Rain or Shine - in case of inclement weather, we will move the festival indoors at the High School.
Booth Rental is $35 for a 12'x12' spot until May 20th. After May 20th, the rental fee will be $50.
Non-profit organizations, government agencies and paid-up UHNA advertisers are FREE!
Refunds on Vendor Booth
All payments must be received in advance. We do not offer refunds on vendor booths. The Upper Highlands Festival is a rain or shine event. If you choose not so show up the day of the event, no refunds will be made.
